Gary Parker
Managing Director
Gary has two decades’ experience of consultancy, training and management development services and has hands-on experience working with the community, public and private sectors. Gary believes the company’s success is because we view ourselves as advisers rather than consultants and have both a social conscience and commitment to deliver high quality services. With responsibilities for the day to day management of the company, Gary provides client support with his specialist knowledge in fundraising, management and organisational development.

Sybil Mayard
Digital Services Consultant
Sybil recently graduated from the University of Kent with an MSc in Computer Science. Her past experience includes working in the IT industry, specialising in performance testing and capacity planning. She is working with CNT Associates as a digital services consultant, helping small businesses, charities and non-profits to improve their presence online.
