Projects in brief:

• Fundraising Training - CNT Associates provided a training and advice seminar on funding for Community and Voluntary Sector organisations for front-line housing officers working for Lewisham Homes and for SMEs on behalf of the Thames Innovation Centre.
• Consortium Training - working in partnership with LVSC at their recent Capitalising on Commissioning Conference, CNT Associates provided a training seminar on Developing Voluntary and Community Sector
•  Consortia.
• "Marketing For Profit" - CNT Associates provided a marketing seminar for local small - medium enterprises at the Thames Innovation Centre.
• Capacity Builders - Consortium Development Fund - Lambeth. CNT Associates have provided consultancy support to the Lambeth LIP Consortium (LLC) to assist in the development of the LLC - Infrastructure Development Strategy (2008 to 2014) and Infrastructure Business Plan (2008 to 2011) for the borough of Lambeth. This forward plan identifies the needs of the Third sector in Lambeth over the forthcoming years and takes into account legislation, policy and regional landscapes.
• ChangeUp - Home Office - researched and developed Local Infrastructure Plans for the London Boroughs of Lewisham and Lambeth
• Lewisham Community Network Forward Strategy - CNT Associates worked closely with Lewisham Community Network to develop a strategy to  maximise the potential of the overall organisation.
• Steps2Jobs project - CNT Associates worked on behalf of GRETA to undertake an evaluation of a project which was devised to support the most disadvantaged and excluded residents in the London Borough of Greenwich.
