Managing Director - Gary Parker
Gary offers over 15 years experience of consultancy, training and management development services and has hands on experience working with the community, public and private sectors. Gary believes the companys success is because we view ourselves as advisers rather than consultants and have both a social conscience and commitment to deliver high quality services. With responsibilities of the day to day management of the company, Gary provides client support with his specialist knowledge in fundraising and management and organisational development.
Executive Director - Joanne Debono
Joanne has a wealth of fundraising, management, marketing and retail experience. Working previously as a U.K Operations manager within the tourism industry, managing 66 branches with 140 staff and then as the fundraising and development manager for a regional charity, Joanne has both charitable and private sector management experience. Joanne is dedicated to the growth of the company and promotes a client focused vision within the organisation. In her current role she liaises with private and community sector organisations to provide business advice, training and secure resources to achieve sustainability.
