Gary offers over 15 years experience of consultancy, training and management development services and has hands on experience working with the community, public and private sectors. Business Development Manager - Joanne Debono

Joanne has a wealth of fundraising, management and marketing experience. Working previously as a manager within the tourism industry, managing 66 branches with 140 staff and then as the fundraising and development manager for a regional charity, Joanne has both charitable and private sector management experience. In her current role she liaises with private and community sector organisations to provide business advice, training and secure resources to achieve sustainability.

North West Manager/senior consultant - John Roberts

John is a former Director of the Association of Direct Labour Organisation and a former journalist and has a MA in Industrial Relations. John has significant experience in Change Management, Consultancy, Development of Local Government services, Organisational Development and Community Regeneration and is currently developing a number of new international projects.
